Starting as a commercial broker and working through various regional institutions, Andrew now focuses on Commercial Real Estate Lending at Jovia. He has successfully closed over $1 billion in loans for diverse property types, from owner-occupied buildings to complex construction projects.
Andrew’s approach centers on understanding each borrower’s unique needs and crafting tailored loan solutions. His expertise, combined with Jovia’s flexible products and competitive rates, has helped grow our Business Lending department and establish Jovia as a leading lender in the local market.

Jonathan Villalobos
Jonathan Villalobos joined Jovia Financial Credit Union in 2023. He began his career as a Member Service Representative, supporting consumer banking members, and expanded his role in 2025 as a Business Lending Sales Assistant. This experience has given Jonathan a well rounded perspective that allows him to effectively assist both consumer and business members.
Jonathan supports business members with a variety of lending solutions, including business credit cards, business overdraft lines of credit, small business loans, commercial real estate loans, and business deposit account openings. He is committed to continued professional growth and building lasting relationships with the members he serves.
